WORKPLACE ASSESSMENT

The value of having a diverse and inclusive workplace is more recognised than ever before. In order to attract, retain and develop brilliant and diverse talent, successful organisations work proactively to create an inclusive culture, recognising along the way that change is an adaptive and ongoing process.   


Regular DEI assessments provide an organisation with a benchmark to inform and shape quality improvement efforts along their DEI journey.


As part of your work with us, we invite you to complete our assessment tool, offering you a simple first-look at your culture, policies and ways of working through a DEI lens. The assessment is completed by you in the form of a digital questionnaire which is then reviewed by our DEI consultants, Project 23, who work with you to go through the assessment, highlighting any areas for improvement. 

SUPPORTING YOUR WORK

Sustainable and successful DEI strategies are never ‘one and done’. For leadership and others doing the work, it can often be their first experiences in creating a culture that is inclusive for all. As your partners, we can support you, through our experience, skills, knowledge and passion, helping you to facilitate positive change.  


In the first instance beyond an initial assessment, we focus on supporting line managers and directors through Inclusive Management workshops and training. Managers play a critical role in career advancement, skill recognition and development and creating the right kind of environment for diverse talent to thrive. Support to help managers do a better job is important to ensure that companies are maximising the potential of all of their employees, for the ultimate success of the organisation.

 Working holistically in partnership with you, we can also support your wider and ongoing efforts to create a diverse and inclusive workplace - from further learning and development for all levels, leadership coaching or straight up DEI advice and consultancy. Our aim is to help you create a sustainable inclusive workplace where everyone thrives.
