Our sessions with Mindful Talent are simply amazing, they expose our candidates to experiences that they would find difficult to have on their own. They break down Happiness and help our candidates think deep about the thing and people they are grateful for. We also have breathing exercises that help our young people master the art of breathing and understand how just simply breathing correctly can change so much on the inside of you. We create a safe space where our young people feel comfortable to express their deepest emotions.
